Service Description

Over six sessions, we will progressively expand your capacity and understanding of your inner workings so that regulation, presence, and embodiment become a familiar state you can return to. As you progress, you may decide to have a Breathwork 'Or' Sound Therapy session depending on how you feel at the time and become more intuitive about what you need at that moment. Each approach is equally powerful and you will intuitively know which is of most benefit as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. This is a container for deep, cumulative transformation - where what opens in session begins to live in your relationships, your decisions, your everyday life through gentle and intentional integration. Includes: Intake form review + pre-session forms for continued personalisation x6 integrative Breathwork And/ Or Sound Therapy sessions [Recommended to take place once or twice per month] You decide which type is right for you per session Integration emails with resources and tailored suggestions after every session WhatsApp support following each breathwork journey
