Your nervous system learns through repetition – each session builds on the last, teaching your body that expansion is safe and turning a single experience into an emerging pattern. Three sessions give us enough space to move beyond release into genuine repatterning, with integration woven between each wave. Includes: Intake form review + pre-session forms for continued personalisation x3 integrative breathwork sessions [Recommended to take place once or twice per month] Integration emails with resources and tailored suggestions after every session WhatsApp support following each breathwork journey
